在线光亮退火流程/Online bright annealing process：
当管材进入设备后，利用卡件进行进口封闭，然后向设备内充进惰性气体将空气排空，管材在经过加热炉时，通过中频电流流过的线圈，从而对管材进行退火处理，加热炉与冷却筒之间用石英管连接，防止进入空气，管材在冷却筒中与惰性气体反应，恢复管材本身亮度，在冷却筒出口处通过密封卡件穿出，即完成整个加工过程。
