幕墙系列型材冷弯成型机
本机由机架、牌楼、主轴、传动系统、校正、导向架、中间装置轧辊等组成。
①机身
机身部分是本轧机主体，为钢焊接结构，主梁为H钢，台面为A3板焊接一体结构，焊接完成后均经去应力处理再机加工而成。
②导向装置
本装置由水平导向托辊、侧导向立辊、机架、螺纹调整机构等组成；对原料带材作横向限制，保证带材能够在稳定的状态下运动。
本装置安装在主台体的前端，通过垂直螺纹调节机构可将机架上下调整并锁紧，以适应不同直径底辊的进料要求。通过水平螺纹调整机构可将侧导向辊作横向位置调整并锁紧，以适应不同宽度带钢的要求。
③牌楼组件
此部分为本机的主要工作部分，由前后牌楼架及上下轴、滑块等组成.
上下主轴是ф///mm的圆钢加工而成，具体加工工艺如下： 
粗车——调质处理硬度——精车——铣键槽——磨床加工至符合图纸尺寸。
牌楼、横梁为铸钢件，滑块为高密度球磨铸铁件，上下主轴通过轴承固定在滑块上，滑块可在牌楼内上下，以便调节上下轴的间隙，以适应不同带钢对轧辊间隙的要求。
④中间装置在两牌坊中间主轧辊变形，同时起导向作用。
⑤校正装置
本装置用来校正工件在成形过程中造成的上下弯曲、横向弯曲及扭转，使之符合尺寸要求。
本装置可分别作垂直升降调整、水平横向调整、绕心回转调整。
本装置主要由外框架、垂直调整机构、内座盘、水平调整机构、回转调整机构等组成，以便准确定位。
⑥传动系统
由电机、减速机、分配箱、万向联轴器及分配箱座等组成，传动形式为集群传动，电机驱动减速机输出动力，分左右两部分将动力传到分配箱，以减小倍增负载，再由万向联轴与主机下轴联接。
