振镜式激光焊接技术可焊接如高熔属的难熔材料,甚至可用于如陶瓷、有机玻璃等非金属材料的焊接,对异形材料施焊,效果良好,可对于焊接难以接近的部位施行非接触远距离焊接。
激光通过振镜摆动实现激光点的快速移动,所以可在焊接范围之内的焊接平面上实现任意图形的高速度高精度的点焊和连续焊,因此比传统的自动焊接通过电机传动移动工件焊接速度上有较大的提高(5倍以上),其扫描速度高达7米/s,焊点10个/s.
激光焊接机系统组成
1.激光器系统
激光器系统主要由激光工作物质、泵浦氙灯、聚光腔及谐振腔组成。振镜式激光焊接机激
光工作物质为YAG棒。
2.电源系统
电源系统主要由主电源、触发电路、控制电路和保护电路等组成,具有过压、过流保护装
置,其电源、脉宽和频率均可调,可以根据需要设置输出波形,以便于焊接不同材料,该
